10 Action Steps To Consider For Improving Your Health.

If you are looking to make improvements to your health, it is good to start with the basics. Small changes add up along the way.

Here are 10 action steps for your consideration in your journey:

  1. Exercise Regularly: Engage in physical activity that suits your abilities and preferences, such as walking, jogging, swimming, or yoga. Even 5 minutes of moderate-intensity exercise on day one will get you started. Set attainable goals of 5 additional minutes each week.
  2. Detox your cells!  Every day we brush our teeth, wash our face, wash the dishes, our clothes and vacuum our floors. Why? Because daily cleaning is needed to keep a healthy body and a clean house.  Clean Slate is the best way to clean up / detoxify/ eradicate toxins from the cells, blood, tissue and organs. Basic detoxes can be harsh and don’t offer support, this can lead to further illness and disease.  Clean slate is the ONLY detoxification, eradication plus regeneration on the market.
  3. Prioritize Clean Water: Ensure that your drinking water is clean and safe. Consider using water filters such as Zero Water or add a drop of Clean Slate to your bottled water to remove toxins such as heavy metals and glyphosate.
  4. Support Nutrition: Focus on a balanced diet that includes plenty of organic fruits, vegetables, lean proteins, and healthy fats. Minimize processed foods, sugary drinks, and excessive salt and sugar intake. I love the AIP diet. Need a meal replacement or additional nutrients?  Give ReLive Greens a try, just ½ tsp provides so much nutrition (natural vitamins, pre & probiotics, digestive enzymes, metabolism support)
  5. Practice Deep Breathing and Breathwork: Incorporate deep breathing exercises into your daily routine to reduce stress and improve overall well-being. Techniques like diaphragmatic breathing and alternate nostril breathing can be beneficial. Easily located on YouTube.
  6. Opt for Non-Toxic Cleaners: Choose environmentally friendly cleaning products that are free from harmful chemicals. White vinegar, baking soda, and Castille soap are some natural ways we clean our homes!
  7. Select Non-Toxic Skin Products: Be mindful of the skincare and personal care products you use. Opt for natural or organic options that are free from harsh chemicals, artificial fragrances, and dyes. We love the Reno moisturizer along with the Face Lift spray created by Dr Chrisina Rahm and patent pending for Reversal of Aging!!
  8. Prioritize Mental Health: Take steps to nurture your mental health by practicing self-care activities like meditation, mindfulness, journaling, or engaging in hobbies that bring you joy. Taking time to identify your emotional triggers can help you to overcome the root cause of why these emotions hold back your physical healing abilities.  Zero-in is an amazing support for neurotransmitter production (dopamine, serotonin) along with hormone balancing! Great for ADHD, Autism, Neurodegenerative issues, Brain Fog and energy! If you have been working on detoxifying your body and feel you are ready to address your liver with a deeper detox that also assists with emotional and spiritual detoxification, check out Clean Spirits!
  9. Get Sufficient Sleep: Aim for 7-9 hours of quality sleep each night. Establish a bedtime routine, create a comfortable sleep environment, and limit exposure to screens before bed to improve your sleep patterns. Clean Slate helps to decalcify the pineal gland and support the body’s natural melatonin production. For extra support, consider a non-medicated phototherapy patch, Silent Night,  that assists your body to produce its own melatonin. This patch can be found by clicking here.
  10. Maintain a Supportive Social Network: Surround yourself with positive and supportive individuals who contribute to your overall well-being. Cultivate relationships that promote emotional and mental health. Social interaction, laughter and love are important to your physical and emotional health. There is no need to live in fear!  Let’s get back to interacting with those we love and missed over the last few years.
  11. Bonus!! Support your Immune and Digestive systems:  The body relies on your Immune and Digestive systems.  When your Immune system is not optimal, illness and disease can begin.  This can cause your digestive system to be overloaded with parasites, fungus, yeast, biofilm, and heavy metals, and in turn, this can create food allergies, seasonal allergies, reflux, constipation, diarrhea, and more. Support your Immune System with Immune Defense Shield.  Support your Digestive System with Restore
  12. BONUS BONSU!!  Educate Yourself: Stay informed about health-related topics by reading reliable sources, attending workshops or seminars, and consulting with healthcare professionals. The goal is to empower yourself with the knowledge to make informed decisions about your health.  Your doctors should be a part of your team and you should play an integral part in making decisions for your healthcare.
